I received a dupe Blind Box item. Can I return/exchange it?
We strictly do not allow refunds or exchanges of blind boxes sealed or open when it comes to blind boxes unless a manufacturer defective item is received by the purchaser.

What is free-size?
"Free-size" refers to clothing or accessories designed to fit a wide range of body types, typically using stretchy or adjustable materials. The term implies that the item is one-size-fits-most, without specific sizing like small, medium, or large. However, the fit may vary depending on the wearer's body shape and the garment's design.

Why do we carry free-size?
Korea is typically known to carry mainly free-size clothes but we have tried to curate our clothing pieces to be as inclusive as possible despite the limitations of "free-sizing.

Ordering & Shipping

Where are you located?
We are based out of Michigan where we handle, package and ship out your orders. However, all of our products are designed and imported from Korea.

What is Preorder and how long does it take?
A preorder lets customers buy an item before it’s available. Shipping takes longer because the product isn’t in stock yet and depends on supplier delivery. Generally when preordering, the product(s) are already in production and in the process of shipping to the warehouse,  so expect a 2-4 week delay.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and times may vary depending on the destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Typically, orders within the US arrive within 2-8 days, while international orders take between 7-14 days. Shipping delays may also occur depending on weather conditions and holidays.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at the moment.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@moyabox.com. Provide your order number, and we will guide you through the return process.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds typically initiate as soon as the product is received and inspected. Once the refund is submitted an email containing the results of your return along with store credit information will be sent.
