At Moya Box, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, please review our returns and exchanges guidelines below.
Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Process: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Once approved, a store credit will be issued for purchases returned due to dissatisfaction or sizing issues.
- Defective Items: If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 7 days. After inspection, items confirmed as defective will be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges
- Product Exchange: We offer exchanges for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Simply reach out to us to initiate the process, and we’ll assist in getting you the correct size or style.

- Return Window: All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items.
